I had a closing this week for a very nice buyer who has several pets. She had taken so much care for them as she traveled from New York to her new home in central Florida. Great localism blog...one of the many important details my clients inquire about is pet services for their "children".
I'm in the process of putting together a list of which of the 39 condo communities in my farm accept pets, and what conditions apply to the pets. Then I'll do a vets-throughout-Mission-Valley post to help those with pets.
