- Viera offers choice. Choice in home prices (mid-$100K to several million dollars). Choice in type of community whether gated, on the water, on the golf course, 55+ communities, condo communities, townhouse communities, single family home communities.
- Location is ideal for commuting. With I-95 running through the Viera area, commuting is a breeze. Major employers in Melbourne as well as Cape Canaveral are within an easy drive! Likewise, Orlando is only about 45 minutes away!
- Beaches are only 20 minutes away!
- Prices are attractive now! When the housing crunch is over, who knows where they will be.

Hi Gary, You have listed so many of the great reasons to work and live in Viera Florida. Everything in Viera is so new - great new high school, new hospital, new government center, new shopping centers. What more could you ask for? Viera seems to have it all. It is a great choice!
