This lady could teach us a lot about routine maintenance. If folks cared for their houses and condos in the same manner! If you cared for your customer in the same manner, as well!

Yes, I had seen it, and am glad you posted it.. Worth a big smile for the day!
Great Video! If some people would clean thier home - to give the impression they take care of it - their house might sell a little faster. NOBODY likes a dirty house!
This reminded me of a friend of my mother, who had 65 (count em) ford falcons that she kept on the farm to interchange parts and have running vehicles - till the township made them get rid of them! She did all of her own automotive work - including body work.
Thomas and Karen - Thanks. Some treat their houses like their car..when it is time to sell, maybe a quick clean up! And the neglect shows!
Lynn - Ford Falcons were interesting cars...showing my age. If you take car of an old car - and it did not rust on you - it would last! That was in the days of steel cars. Thanks.
Dagny - Thanks. It does bright a smile, doesn't it? Thanks.
Gary...like Dagny, I had seen this...good video...Cherise

The car is just getting broken in.
Good luck and success.

Oh my goodness! I think I'd be afraid of breaking down somewhere, regardless of how much maintenance had been done =/ Seriously. High mileage kinda freaks me out. *sigh* Just another one to add to the list of my issues!
Lisa - I guess it will last forever if you take care of it!
Lou - Amazing what maintenance will do!
Cherise - Thanks for stopping by!
Gary- I love her. I hope I am as sharp at her age. It makes me regret saying goodbye to my 1965 Triumph Herald!
Gary; I feel honored that you re-bloged my post. P.S. You got more comments than I did.
It looks like my wise old grandmother's car from 1965. I need something more modern -- power steering, power brakes, electronic fuel injection, sun roof, etc. LOL
Gary first time I am seeing this, I just love her spirit and I wish them both many more years.
Jennifer - I think it was her spirit and attitude that got my eye..as well as older cars! Thanks
Russel - The old cars were easier to maintain for the shade tree mechanic for sure. And I too must have AC, power steeringand a few of the other "luxury" options!
Ken Thanks!
Gary, This is great! I hadn't seen this before. What an incredible woman and what a lucky car! She has done a wonderful job in keeping it in pristine condition all of these years. She could certainly teach us all a thing or two.
