I wrote a post on one of my blogs, Florida Homes for Sale - Melbourne, Viera, Rockledge, Suntree, about year ago that discussed real estate slogans. The post was titled Do great slogans sell houses?.
As postings go it was not a really spectacular discourse but rather mundane. It may been even a bit lighthearted as I do have a tendency to approach life that way. (Hey, loosen up...)
Anyway, as I keep a check on activity I find this post always seems to generate attention. I have no reason why.
Perhaps it is some of the slogans I used as examples in the post that really high in the search engines.
A Google search of some of these slogans will bring up some non-real estate related businesses as well. Regardless, I will take the visits as a good thing!
Oh, and the answer to the title question - no. I know you are anxious to click that link and read my complete answer!
In the interim I will ponder that ageless question....
How can I capture every buyer's attention who is considering Moving to Brevard County, Florida?

Excellent point about slogans. While the hard work you perform is the key ingredient, part of that hard work is the clever marketing skills you employ to sell your client's properties.
Mark - True. It is the hard work that gets it done! Thanks.
Gary...
This is interesting ... maybe the slogans don't sell the properties but they sure are fun to use!
Richard - Nothing like a good slogan. I am all for slogans and even a bit of humor at times. Just because we are in business does not mean we can't smile. Thanks.
I have a whole page full of fun and catchy slogans I like to use. Do they sell more houses? Probably not, but they sure stand out from the pack of boring bullet points! I have a whole page full of favorites. You knew something better was out there. You were right. Here it is!
Janna - They are fun to use and get attention. Once they grab the attention it is all up to the agent. Thanks.
You have me thinking differently, Gary! I would typically shun "cliches" in my writing but never considered they may be items upon which someone would search. Once again, you bring value to my day!
At least you'll attract a buyer with a sense of humor and have more fun showing them property! Fun post.
Irene - Thanks, have a great week!
Jim - Sometimes I wonder if humor drives folks away. But then again, in this business you need a sense of humor. Thanks.
Gary--I like light hearted--I think we all need to lighten up from time to time. The second slogan is my favorite by the way.
Mary - That second one did take some creativity..I just have to live with being "not just another pretty face." Thanks.
