Regardless of what you are selling the need for appropriate packaging is one of the universal axioms.
Anyone getting ready to sell their home will be met with the same words from any knowledgeable real estate agent – curb appeal.
But, there is one thing that will always trump packaging – regardless of how nice something looks.
The answer is… well this picture I took yesterday at a Melbourne Florida Big Lots store provides the answer…
The product here is nicely packaged - even says Great Value (sounds like a real estate ad).
If one wants the same amount (same house) why pay more when the difference is really just packaging?
Great curb appeal is super but if the value is not there, buyers drive on by!
And I did not buy the hype...3X Clean?
