My buyer had a property inspection done today. The buyer was unable to attend so as usual I bird-dogged (you know, followed closely) the inspector.
The subject was built in 1965....and it reminded me of my childhood, circa 1965.
Actually there were some issues you would expect in a 46 year old house. Then there were the surprises like....
