Viera Florida offers residents many choices of worship in the immediate area.   Below are links to a variety of the nearby houses of worship although it is not a complete list.

Summer Lakes in Viera, Florida - Foreclosures Gone But Standard Sales Prices Sure Look Good!

Summer Lakes, the luxury gated community in Viera, Florida, offers homeowners gated luxury living in one of central Florida’s best locations and the price of owning a Viera luxury home has never been better!

Currently there are six properties listed for sale in Summer Lakes with prices ranging from $789,000 to $1,695,000. These homes are large – 3,100 to 7,300 sq. ft. under air!

All the homes on the market in Summer Lakes at this time are standard sales although all the recent sales have been bank owned (foreclosure) homes.

Still, even as standard market sales, the opportunity to own a luxury home in Viera has never been more attractive!

There were three bank owned properties in Summer Lakes that have sold since mid-February. One of these, 5,496 sq.ft. with a pool sold for $594,000.
