It is Friday the 13th. It happens every month that begins on a Sunday. I read 
somewhere it may happen up to three times a year. Some people have this superstition about it being unlucky.
There are people with severe phobias about the number 13. I am not making light of their condition.
But the reality is…I consider today a good day. I consider every day a good day...a great day! Opportunity anew!
With a closing this afternoon – seller already signed, walk through complete, HUD approved – all on track and a short sale approval this week, it has been a productive week.
With buyers from New York coming to town next week, I will be ready to start the process again!
I may take this weekend off and watch some of The Players Championship (golf) on TV. I may just hang out with my grandson as he is spending the weekend with us.
