After a listing appointment yesterday afternoon (I got the listing) I finally realized the number of signs in any development or neighborhood should not be as important to a seller as how many deals the agent has closed recently.No, I am not going to say to any seller that I will be the agent who likely brings a buyer as we all know that is most often not the case.
But I will say to the seller that a real estate agent who is closing deals knows the market and how to reach prospective buyers.
The current market is a buyer's market. You want to sell you house.
Who is your best choice to list and market your home? A buyer’s agent.
In a buyer's market who has the most contact with buyers? An agent who is working with buyers like me!
